Shipping

• We utilize reputable carriers such as FedEx or USPS for our shipments within the U.S.

• Typically, orders ship out within 1 business day from the time of order placement. During peak times, processing could extend to 2-3 business days.

• We handle orders during our regular operational hours from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.

• Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

• Our delivery timelines are calculated based on business days.

• In instances where a signature waiver is active, we are unable to accept responsibility for packages that might get lost or stolen.

• We don't ship to PO Boxes, Freight Forwarders, or internationally.

• Residents in AK and HI: Different shipping options and pricing may apply based on service availability.

• Express Service is unavailable for Military APO/FPO and certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.

Important Note on Expedited Services:

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID, carriers have removed guaranteed delivery for expedited services. As a result, we won't issue refunds if a package arrives later than the service chosen.

If you need to change the delivery address after an order has been shipped, a “change of address” fee of $20 will apply. However, carriers might offer options to collect orders from their designated facilities without additional charges.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the shipping details, including a tracking number and a link to the carrier's site.

If your package appears delayed or missing, please first check your tracking link. In case of discrepancies or issues, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. While our control is limited once a package is shipped, we are committed to assisting you and working alongside the carrier to ensure your products reach you.
