• Non-refundable: gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

• Lost or Stolen: We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them with the same care as cash.

• Defects: If you encounter any issues with your gift cards, such as problems with redemption, be sure to contact us immediately. We'll address such concerns on a case-by-case basis.
