  • During your initial visit, we'll start with a thorough skin consultation to understand your concerns and goals. Based on the assessment, a customized treatment plan will be recommended.

  • The frequency varies based on the treatment and your individual skincare aspirations. While facials are generally recommended every 4-6 weeks, if you're enrolled in our Acne Bootcamp program, treatments are advised every 2-3 weeks. For all other services, we offer tailored guidance to best suit your needs.

    • Please come with a face free of makeup and avoid using retinol or other active topical products 72 hours prior to your visit.

    • After booking, you'll receive a link to a treatment-specific questionnaire. Filling this out is crucial as it equips me to tailor the experience precisely to your needs.

  • It's generally advised to let your skin breathe for at least a few hours post-treatment. However, if you must apply makeup, opt for mineral-based products.

  • Post-treatment care varies based on the service provided. We'll always offer clear guidance after each treatment, but generally, it's good to keep your skin hydrated and protected from the sun.

  • While uncommon, if you experience any unexpected reactions, please contact us immediately. We'll provide guidance and, if necessary, adjust your treatment plan.

  • Depending on the treatments desired, it can be possible. We'll advise on the best approach during the consultation to ensure your skin's safety and optimal results.

  • Some redness or slight irritation can be expected, especially after certain treatments. It usually subsides within a few hours. If it persists, please contact us.

  • During your consultation, we'll assess your skin type, listen to your concerns, and recommend the most suitable facial treatment.

  • Absolutely! We aim to offer treatments that cater to diverse skin types and tones. We'll discuss any specific concerns or needs during the consultation to ensure the best results.

  • While many treatments are safe during pregnancy, there are some we might avoid. Please inform us if you are pregnant or suspect you might be, and we'll customize your treatment accordingly.

  • For the best chance at securing a spot, it's advisable to prebook your next two sessions due to our high demand. While our calendar may appear full, I occasionally share last-minute openings on Instagram Stories, so make sure to follow for those exclusive updates. And even if you can't find an immediate opening, remain optimistic and keep checking in.

  • No. While a card is required to reserve your appointment, it won't be charged immediately. At checkout, you're welcome to choose from our accepted payment methods, including all major credit cards and cash.

  • For the comfort and privacy of all our clients, and to maintain a serene environment, we kindly request that you come alone to your appointment. However, if you are under 18, a guardian may accompany you.

    Please note that other guests, including children, are not permitted in the treatment areas.
