We prioritize each scheduled appointment to offer the best service to all our clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email us through our contact page at least 24 hours before. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a nonrefundable fee, equaling 50% of the scheduled service(s). This fee will be charged to the credit card used for the booking.
Consistent cancellations or rescheduling can affect your ability to book future appointments. If a client cancels or reschedules 3 or more consecutive times, we reserve the right to terminate them from our services. Given the high demand for our slots, we encourage you to be certain of your availability before booking.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you're over 15 minutes late, a $50 fee will be applied. Consistent lateness may lead to rescheduling. If you are running late, notify us as soon as possible by emailing us through our Contact page.

Failure to pay cancellation or late fees will result in the suspension of booking privileges until outstanding balances are settled. We value our time and services, and we kindly ask our clients to respect our policies.
